Origin: Caín vineyard. We do not have a record of the plantation but we believe it is approximately 50 years old.
Vinification: Harvest date looking for high maturity since this variety has brave tannins. Selection in the vineyard to obtain 100% healthy grapes.
Destemmed and gently trampled. Fermentation of approximately 10 days at low temperature.
