Colour: White wine with a bright golden colour.
Nose: High aromatic intensity and great complexity with touches of white fruit, tropical, stone fruit, notes of honey, fresh grass…
Mouth: Impressive balance, very voluminous and with a refreshing acidity and a long finish.

Varieties: Muscat and Malvasia.

Harvest: manual in 20 kg boxes. We let the grapes dry in the vineyard. We reduce the volume of the grapes by more than half, and the sugars, acids and aromas are concentrated. When it is considered that it has reached the optimum degree of concentration, it is pressed, obtaining a very low must yield.
Half fermentation to leave residual sugars.
Aging: Aged in French oak barrels in a 2017 solera.
Half of the barrel is bottled in the fall of 2024.
